Courier information & liability

All our orders are handled by GLS Ireland. GLS delivers all parcels monday to friday always in this time slot2: 08:00 - 18:00

The courier will try to get in touch with the customer prior to the delivery so  please make sure to answer while expecting delivery as this guarantees successful delivery on the first attempt.

Each parcel handled by GLS is insured and and therefore a signature is required upon delivery so make sure someone is at home on the day of delivery to avoid disappointment. If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect and sign your parcel a courier will leave a card with info how to rearrange delivery.

The courier always attempts delivery twice and if both attempts failed the goods will be sent back to us, If you need to rearrange delivery after that you will be charged €5.50 extra for shipping. If you haven't received your order or heard from a courier after 2-3 days after dispatch.
